Are you ready for a Better Way to Stay?

It is time to show the world a Better Way to Stay, the Bed & Breakfast and Inns way.

According to a study done in 2009 by the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII), the B&B industry's leading trade association, and TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel site, the reason people don't stay at B&Bs is that they don't even think about Bed & Breakfast as an accommodation option.  In order to change that and brand the B&B experience, PAII, along with provincial and state B&B associations across North America, major Bed & Breakfast directories and individual B&Bs, has launched the Better Way to Stay campaign to promote Bed and Breakfast lodging.

Better Way to Stay is the B&B industry’s only industry-wide, industry-supported grassroots campaign to promote the B&B experience, educate travelers on B&B accommodation choices and ultimately convert hotel-and-motel stayers to inngoers. A Better Way to Stay is a multi-faceted, multi-media grassroots campaign to educate travelers on the unique offerings of Bed and Breakfasts and brand today’s B&B experience. The goal of the campaign is to drive awareness and ultimately revenues to B&Bs and the associations and businesses that support the industry.

By creating “buzz” about the B&B experience via Internet marketing, viral marketing, video, social and traditional media campaigns and through PAII members, the campaign will increase awareness of the B&B experience when lodging options are considered.
