Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Since we are a small B&B, cancellations greatly affect our business and unlike hotels we do not overbook our rooms.
Unfortunately, we cannot carry insurance to cover the loss of revenue due to cancellations.
The number of days notice is based on a 4pm first day arrival time.
If you give more than 14 days notice, you will only be charged a $25 re-booking admin fee.
If you give 14 days or less notice, you will be charged for 1 night's stay plus tax in the room category booked .  
Bookings for more than 4 nights require a 30 days notice.

Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are subject to this cancellation policy with no exceptions.


We highly recommend that all of our guests carry Travel / Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance to cover all of their emergencies.

Your reservation assumes release of liability, waiver of claims and assumption of risks and indemnity.
A valid Visa or Mastercard number is required to guarantee all reservations.
By giving us your credit card information to hold and guarantee your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our policies and regulations including our cancellation policy.
