Near the Vancouver International Airport (YVR), Downtown Vancouver and the University of British Columbia (UBC). One mile west of Granville Street. 2.4 miles south of Vancouver's trendy South Granville Shopping District. The number of days notice is based on a 4pm first day arrival time.
If you give more than 14 days notice, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation / re-booking admin fee.
If you give 14 days or less notice, you will be charged for the total booking. Your credit card will be credited for any dates that are re-booked less a 10% cancellation / re-booking admin fee.
We charge a 50% confirmation deposit at the time of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we charge the totalamount.
If you pay with cash during your stay, you will receive your cash discount and a full credit for the amount charged to your credit card.
Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are subject to this cancellation policy with no exceptions.
We highly recommend that all of our guests carry Travel / Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance to cover all of their emergencies.
