Bostrom's B&B On Little Beach Bay

Bostrom's Bed and Breakfast is a luxurious waterfront getaway on the spectacular West Coast of Vancouver Island. We look forward to meeting new guests and love to see old friends return.

All of our rooms face south to islands that break the surf from the majestic Pacific Ocean beyond. The ocean views are continually changing with the light, the weather, the wildlife, and the boats that pass. Bostrom's is the ideal location for storm watching in the fall and winter. Full rain gear is available to enjoy the full force of the weather. Come home in the evening to the luxury of mattress heaters that preheat your bed on those blustery days.
In the spring the large gray whale migration pass by the islands in front of the house. Both gray whales and humpback whales are often sighted jumping and blowing by the islands in the summer. Other wildlife like deer and bear are frequent visitors.
Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from all guest rooms, the private covered decks, the common room, and the hot tub. Guests can wander down a winding path, through lush forests, to the waterfront deck and the private secluded rocky beach beyond.

Discover tidal pools teeming with marine life or dive off the rocks to swim in the refreshing waters of Little Beach Bay. Enjoy the company of fellow travelers in the spacious sunny common area or spend some time together in one of the many secluded area. Practice your shots on a 5 x 10 oak billiard table. Play darts, croquet, and bocce, or gather around one of the many tables for a game of cards, chess, checkers, or backgammon. In the evening light a fire in the fire pit and gather around to share stories and roast marshmallows.

There is a computer in the common room or use your own laptop with wireless internet service. Cable TVs in the common room and in the Trail room allow travelers to catch up on the news or enjoy movies provided in DVD and VCR format.

A hearty gourmet breakfast is enjoyed every morning in the common room where guests meet fellow travelers. Breakfast is delivered to the dining area of the Trail room when guest send a morning greeting through the intercom. Refreshments are found any time of the day in the kitchenette in the common room and folks are welcome to use the barbeque to cook their day's catch.
