Just a block away you can have the experience of the ocean air, panoramic view of the harbour while walking 15 minutes along the seawall to downtown and enjoy the history, the culture and arts, boutiques, galleries, theatre, museum and a variety of cuisines or perhaps you would enjoy relaxing before and after dinner, amongst the perennial flowers and rose gardens or read while sitting on one of our garden benches or comfortable patio furniture in an English style garden.
We offer 2 comfortable and well decorated spacious bedrooms with Queen size beds and ensuite 3-piece shower bathroom.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Reservations are confirmed by credit card. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Advance payments on each room during non-holiday periods are refundable if we are notified at least 7 days prior to your arrival; holiday periods require a 14-day notice.
Cancellations not made within these periods will forfeit their deposit.
Reservation changes such as early departure before your scheduled date and no – shows will constitute a cancellation.
