Being a small Inn and having a reservation that does not show hurts us badly when we turn away other reservations. So, we process one night's deposit on your credit card upon booking. You can cancel before 14 days of arrival (30 days for Dec 20th to Jan 5th period) and receive the full refund less $35. Within 14 days of arrival (30 days for the Christmas Holiday Season), the full amount of your reservation is due and payable. If we re-sell a cancelled room we will refund any nights re-booked. We cannot guarantee that the room will be re-booked
