Victoria's James Bay area is adjacent to downtown and is a stroller's, cycler's and jogger's paradise. The
Parliament Buildings, Royal B.C. Museum, Empress Hotel and Beacon Hill Park with its gardens and ponds are all right here! On the South side of James Bay you can stroll Dallas Road, while enjoying the view over the Straight of Juan de Fuca to the Olympic Mountains in Washington State.
