Keirestell is a small, intimate B&B with just two rooms. As such, it is difficult for us to re-book your room should you need to cancel. At the same time, we acknowledge that sometimes plans change. Therefore:

•50% deposit of booking secures your reservation
•Should you need to cancel after booking (up to 7 days before date of arrival), you will receive a Credit Voucher for the full amount of your deposit. This Credit Voucher can be used for a future stay and is transferable should you wish to give the Voucher as a gift.
•Less than 7 days notice or No Shows will be charged the full amount of accommodation booked.
