Mickey's Kits Beach Chalet

Mickey's Kits Beach Chalet is located in the historic neighbourhood of Kitsilano and is a quiet home away from home.  We are two blocks from Kits Beach where you will find a children's playground, tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool.  Great pubs and restaurants, including 3 of the 4 Dine Out Vancouver winners, are all in the neighbourhood.  The shopping district of 4th Avenue is just up the hill and is home to Yoga studios, organic grocery stores, coffee shops, and local businesses.  

Each of our rooms has something different.  We offer rooms with private or shared bathrooms and a variety of bed configurations to fit all of your travelling needs.  All rooms have TVs, telephones, hairdryers, bathrobes and WiFi access.  Continental breakfast is available each morning for you to enjoy at your leisure, includes croissants, home-made granola, yogurt, fruit, juice and of course coffee and tea.

Our family run B&B is located within walking distance to Granville Island and, an easy bus ride to downtown, Stanley Park and the seawall, Vancouver Art Gallery and Robson Street shopping, as well as a visit to historic Gastown and Canada Place.   We are about 10 minutes to UBC or the Convention Centre.  We have a two-car garage that is available on a first come first served basis, but in this neighbourhood a car isn't necessary!

We have a private outside patio which is shaded by an apple tree and can offer respite after a day of sightseeing.

Mickey's is a great place to spend the night if you are on your way to ski at Whistler-Blackcomb (home of the 2010 Winter Olympics).  Mickey's is about mid-way between Seattle and Whistler and is only 25 minutes from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
