We invite you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Okanagan Valley in this 4 Star B&B.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only 5 minutes to the conveniences of downtown Penticton.   Even closer is the Penticton Golf and Country club.  The wine enthusiasts will be happy to know it's only a short drive to the south Okanagan's finest wineries.  

There are two 1 bedroom units at Royal Bed and Breakfast.  Each offers plenty of privacy and come equipped with a king-sized bed, luxury en-suite including a jetted tub and separate shower, large screen TV with movie channels, fireplace.  For a more romantic get-away, we suggest our Kings Palace which boasts a breathtaking view of both lakes and of course the city below.   The Emperors Delight is great for our guests who just what to shut themselves into their room....  feet up on the leather reclining chairs watching a flat screen TV with surround sound or perhaps sweating it out in the steam shower located in their private en-suite.

The family suite offers the perfect solution for groups of up to four guests.  This two bedroom unit offers a king-sized bed in the master and a choice of 1 king or 2 twins in the second bedroom.  The adjoining bathroom is a 4 piece family style bathroom.  An added benefit of the family suite is that there is a separate sitting room with view of Okanagan Lake, TV and fireplace that is set aside for the exclusive the family suite guests.

Royal B&B offers several interesting packages, including: Romance, Golf, Spa, Air Tour, Ladies Retreat and more!  If you are looking for an early check in, why not take advantage of the Wine and Cheese Reception Package.  For a late check out, ask about the Champagne Brunch Option.  Your host will work with you to find the package that best suits your needs.  If she doesn't have a ready made package for you, she will help you create your own individual package!

Guests who are planning to spend the day around the B&B are invited to enjoy the outdoor deck and patio.  If the outdoors aren't for you - there is a large sitting room available for all guests which has a view of downtown and both lakes.

Many of the ladies enjoy the opportunity to sample some of the spa products available.  And of course, who wouldn't enjoy a massage from the on-site masseuse?  Good news, she offers a 20% discount to guests staying in the B&B.
